Happy November, sweet and sparkly friends! I hope you're having a lovely weekend. It's time for a fun new challenge at Live & Love Crafts. The holiday season is officially upon us (*happy dance*) and we are celebrating at LLC with Christmas Tic-Tac-Toe!♥︎
The lovely church is a favorite Pion image, as you probably noticed! I featured it in my snow globe card and couldn't wait to use it again. The 12x12 sheet comes with three of the scenes, so you'll see it again this winter. ;) This one is layered atop Joy! Crafts Lacey Square. My Wild Orchid Crafts flowers are sprinkled with Glamour Dust for Christmas sparkle. The big snowflake in the corner is from Magnolia.
Tucked within this little bouquet is a sweet Cinnamon Stick, adorned with a Liberty Bell which is secured with Natural Hemp. Isabelle Lace ruffles beneath in a pretty wintry breeze. Half Pearls and Cheery Lynn Designs snowflakes accent the image.
Here's the fun board... everything Sandy makes is beautiful, even Tic-Tac-Toe boards! I chose Heart-Glitter-Vintage. ♥︎
My papers are from Pion Design's newest collection Glistening Season and my card base is Go Kreate's Large Frame Frilly 10.
Beneath the larger arrangement is a pretty doily, topped with rose-centered snowflakes. Christmas is all about love so I included a Lace Heart Appliqué. The My Craft Spot sentiment (Tiny Tags Christmas) is attached to a Crown Sphere Vintage Pearl Pin.

The beautiful papers and your design have come together beautifully with the image to produce the most tranquil, snowy Christmas card. Although I love the traditional red and green for Christmas this blue and white combination always reminds me of Christmases as a little girl and the magic I felt then. ReplyDeleteI feel at peace looking at this very beautiful and serene card. Love all the soft blues with the white. The image is beautiful and you showcased it perfectly with all the wonderful details you added. This is another one of those cards that I come back for another look and find something new to wow about. Love the roses in the centre of the snowflakes. Oh, MY, Karen! Is it really possible to make each card better than the last? In your case, I think so, but can't be sure how that works, since they are ALL amazingly beautiful. My heart just pitter pats, as my eyes dart from one element to another on your lovely wintry scene.Your flower arrangements are just gorgeous and a perfect compliment to the church scene! Awwwww...here it is!!! Though you might have guessed it already, considering blue is my favourite colour, that this would also be my favourite Christmas card. :-) I just love everything about it; the beautiful image, the shape, the embellishments you've chosen and how you've placed them, it's magical!!!
