Lavender Love ♥︎

Happy Saturday, everyone! I hope you're having a blessed weekend. ♥︎ I'm posting on the Live & Love Crafts blog today, sharing an anniversary card celebrating sweet love.

Despite my best efforts not to, I have once again used Pion Design's Scent of Lavender collection. I seem to have an attachment to it. ♥︎ I experimented with many others, but these papers felt right for the design.

The lovey-dovey birdies are Wycinanka's Dove Border, which I have nestled within beautifully wispy Ruffle Trim. ♥︎ The trim is lined with Flatback Pearl String. My card base is made with Spellbinders Gold Labels Four dies. The popped up frame was made by cutting a Labels Four die within the Gold Labels.

For detailing on top, I used one of Wycinanka's gorgeous Bohemian Borders. ♥︎ Purple roses and lilies are tucked in amongst my neutral flower arrangements for sweet pops of color.

Beautiful Friend

Hello, dear friends! I hope you're having a blessed week! I will be catching up with you this weekend, for which I am anxious. :)

Today I am sharing a sweet friendship card on the Live & Love Crafts blog. ♥️ I have combined Pion Design's Scent of Lavender with several Wycinanka chippies.

I don't think I will ever tire of these three papers... the floral designs are gorgeous and the shades of purple are divine. ♥️

The Wycinanka focal point consists of a Glamour-Dusted Fairy layered atop a Loveliness frame. One reason I love Scent of Lavender is that it pairs beautifully with my favorite purple Wild Orchid Crafts flowers. The stunning lace along the bottom is the new Marquisa, which I adore. ♥️

The detailing along the top consists of Alica lace and Wycinanka's Sweet Dreams border. Since my friend has a gorgeous heart, I added a Beautiful chippie and accented it with a Rosary Ornament.

The interior is lined with a pretty lacy gray pattern. Thank you for visiting and I wish you a lovely weekend. ♥️

Dove Love

Hello, treasured friends! Thank you for your sweetness in response to my happy news yesterday. ♥️ You are a blessing! Today I am sharing this lovey-dovey card on the Live & Love Crafts blog. Pion Design's Scent of Lavender is paired with some beautiful Wycinanka chippies. I also created this for the Things with Wings challenge at Deep Ocean, where I hope you will join us for our challenge!

As you may have guessed, this card is to celebrate the enduring love of a couple enduring heartache. Their strength in the face of losing their little one defies description.. their love is miraculously held together even as their hearts shatter. This is a reminder of that truth in the darkest of days.

I adore this lovely collection. The purples are magical and the florals delightful. They make a pretty backdrop to celebrate love, so I used one of Wycinanka's sweet dove chippies as my focal point. I am enamored with chippies and have such fun choosing which to use on my projects.

The Dove Border is gently nestled within white and purple Wild Orchid Crafts blossoms. The purple lilies make my heart flutter. ♥️ Pearl Garland dances throughout, while Shabbylicious Ruffle Lace flutters beneath. For a soft upper border, I layered Fayette Lace and a pearl string.

Delicate bunting is adorned with leftover pieces of Amabelle Lace (tiny pieces come in handy!) and is secured with Wycinanka Mini Butterflies. Aren't they darling? My banner is a slightly tweaked La-La Land Crafts die. A gorgeous Pion butterfly anchors a tiny surprise, where Fayette Lace borders a section of Wycinanka's Summer Wedding Border. This border is stunning and one of my favorite chippie purchases.
