Happy Friday, my sweet and sparkly friends! I'm posting on the Live & Love Crafts blog today with my take on Sandy's theme of Cute as a Button. It's been an especially sweet week on the blog! ♥︎
I was inspired to use the cutest paper collection: Maja Design's Vintage Baby. This is for a mother who recently welcomed a very special baby boy into the world. He faces incurable health problems, but we are praying (and believing) he will survive.
Thank you for fluttering on by and I wish you a beautiful weekend. :o)

I was inspired to use the cutest paper collection: Maja Design's Vintage Baby. This is for a mother who recently welcomed a very special baby boy into the world. He faces incurable health problems, but we are praying (and believing) he will survive.
The only paper not from Vintage Baby is the dark blue, which is from Pion Design Palette (Blue III). I remain enamored with these darling papers. Coco lace and Sunflower Pearl Trim line the center, which is accented with sweet buttons. A magical occasion always warrants elegance, right?! :o)
The carousel horse is a Forever Memories For You cut file, which I've embellished with pearly goodies. Pearl Lace with Beads trims the canopy while a Pearl String wraps around the pole. I cut off a Sunflower Pearl for the top.
Dangling from the Maya Road Love Heart Clip is one of LLC's newest embellishments: Chain Charm "Leaves." The sweet fluttering leaves and chain are so beautiful that I opted to let it shine on its own. ♥︎
My card base is Go Kreate's Frame Frilly #10 die. The darling sentiment and its metal die layers are from My Craft Spot (no longer produced). I hope this lifts her heart and encourages her to cling to our faith which promises that Love Never Fails.Thank you for fluttering on by and I wish you a beautiful weekend. :o)

whoa! That layered die cut is absolutely amazing, Karen! What a keepsake - these parents will just adore your card - I like your variety of pearls, which are all perfectly placed, of course. Darling color, so soft and baby-like. Great minds - on Wednesday, I'll be publishing a 6-card set - all using a carousel horse image which has felt neglected since it was purchased years ago! LOL But none of my cards will hold a candle to this beautiful masterpiece! Hope you are doing well. Hugs, de

One of the prettiest baby cards I've ever seen! And I'm not saying this just because it's blue, LOL. The carousel is adorable and the embellishment work with all the pearls carefully placed is outstanding!!! Donna used the right word for it, it's a masterpiece.
