Silent Night at Deep Ocean Challenge!

Hello, sweet friends! A whirlwind move to a new city has delayed my return to the blogging community, but I will be settled within a few more days to visit your sparkly blogs. How deeply I miss you! Thank you for your love on my previous post. :)

This card is serving triple purposes! I am showcasing beautiful chippies for the lovely Wycinanka. It also is for the new challenge at Deep Ocean, with a gorgeous theme of Silent Night. Additionally, it was a wee bit of inspiration for the sweet ladies at 7 Kids College Fund!
I used beautiful papers from Pion Design's Greetings from the North Pole to create a peaceful wintry scene.
A stunning Reindeer Bauble chippie has been embossed with Shabby White Frantage, as has the Very Merry Snowflake Border which is nestled within my flowers.
My base was made with Spellbinders Romantic Rectangles, while my trims are from my stash. Thank you for visiting me and sticking with me during this extremely busy move! Normalcy will return this month. :) Have a beautiful day!

Joy

Happy November, dear friends! I hope you're all well. :)

Today begins new challenges at Live & Love Crafts and Deep Ocean! At LLC we are celebrating White Christmas, while at Deep Ocean we are playing with Dies/Punches. I hope you can join us for some crafty fun!
I have combined two gorgeous Pion Design collections for my wintry scene. The focal point is from Glistening Season, which is nestled within a beautiful Wycinanka Loveliness 2 frame. The snowy papers are from Greetings from the North Pole.
My poinsettias are Cheery Lynn dies, which I have centered with Pearl Stamen and embossed with Shabby White Frantage. Sparkly Pomegranate Apples are tucked in for extra touches of holiday red. The bottom corner features sweet cinnamon sticks and part of a Wycinanka Reindeer Border as a pendant.
Tucked within the top of the pretty Isabelle lace is Wycinanka's Snowflake Border. Snow Writer (topped with Glamour Dust for Christmas sparkle) adds snowy detailing throughout. The card base was made with Go Kreate Frame Frilly 10 dies. I hope it brings love and joy to the recipient in need of Christmas miracles.

Thank you for visiting and I wish you a beautiful day!

Waiting for Santa

Happy Friday, sparkly friends! I'm sharing another Christmas creation on the Live & Love Crafts blog today. It's hard to stop when Sandy has added so many festive beauties to the shop. ♥️

Short and sweet from me today as this week has been a time crunch!
I have paired Pion's Greetings from the North Pole with some wintry Wycinanka chippies.
This sleeping sweetheart stole my heart. The frame is a Joy! Crafts die. I hung a few tiny stockings (including two for the birdie friends in the tree) and surrounded the scene with winter's beauty. The Wycinanka Reindeer is one of my favorite chippies, which I have covered in Shabby White Frantage for snowy white with a touch of holiday gold. ♥️
Sweet pine cone charms jingle from a Fayette bow. The beautiful new lace is Marquisa and I am completely enamored with it. The classic Rhinestones Lace adorns the opposite side.
The Wycinanka Snowflake is covered in Shabby White Frantage and topped with a Christmas Cheery Lynn Designs poinsettia. I used a Sunflower Pearl for its center, as I love how it resembles a snowflake. (And of course I take any opportunity to add an extra pearl or two.) ;) My sentiment is from Whimsical Designs (no longer in business) and is cut out with a Spellbinders pennant and trimmed with Fayette Lace.

Thank you for visiting and I wish you a lovely day! ♥️

Joy to the World

Happy Friday, sweet friends! I am just returning and will be sprinkling comment love all over your blogs this weekend. :o)

I'm on the Live & Love Crafts blog today, sharing a snowy Christmas inspiration that will be sent to a mother enduring heartache this holiday season as her little one fights a terminal disease. I always look forward to the new Pion churches each holiday season and the one in Greetings from the North Pole is lovely. The entire collection is a wintry delight. ♥︎
The church is nestled within a gorgeous Wycinanka Bauble (Decor 3). I am addicted to their baubles! ♥︎ For textural interest I have covered it in Crackle Paste and created a hanger of sunflower pearls, natural hemp, and teeny jingly bells.  I love using multiple chippies, so a stunning Vintage Snowflake is tucked in between snowy paper layers.
The sweet ornament hangs beneath a ruffly floral garland, with the most darling polka dot trim I've seen! Rockabilly Ruffle Trim is a recent addition to the store and I am smitten. ♥︎ For festive creations, the little dots are just like precious snowflakes. My card is lined with the beautiful Alicia lace.

The Christmas sentiment is from My Craft Spot (no longer in business) and the snowflakes are from Cheery Lynn. Thank you for fluttering on by and I wish you a beautiful day. :o)
