Blossoming Love

Happy October, precious friends! I hope you're having a blessed weekend. I'm excited to tell you that I continue to improve and made this card yesterday with the smallest amount of pain in years. It brings tears to my eyes! Thank you for the endless love you've shown me. :)

I'm posting today on the Wild Orchid Crafts blog, sharing a love card featuring the newest WOC rose: Chelsea! Aren't they stunning? I incorporated two ivory chelsea roses and I am thoroughly enamored with them. ♥︎
The large pink magnolias are from the pastel magnolia set. They are perfectly dreamy and pair beautifully with the chelsea roses. The gorgeous shade of pink also appears in several other flowers, with the sweet cherry blossom being my favorite. ♥︎
Nestled up top is a white Lotus, which is also a recent addition to WOC. The blossoming heart trails downward to miniature sweetheart blossoms and tiny rosebuds. The edges of my flowers are painted in sweet sparkle. ♥︎
My gorgeous papers are from LemonCraft's Just Love Me collection (it's nearly all used up now!), while the pretty chipboard elements are from Wycinanka. The heart die-cut is from Crafter's Companions Love is in the Air set. Thank you for visiting and I wish you a beautiful day! ♥︎

Hugs,
Karen ♥︎

  9. Oh what a beautiful card. I love that die, but I can't get it here in the US, so I asked my SIL to buy it for me in Holland and I just got it yesterday and made a card for my aunt and uncle's 50th wedding anniversary. I love your beautiful background paper - so dainty! Of course your floral embellishments are perfect.
It's always such a pleasure to admire one of your cards, Karen, so glad that you're back creating these beauties and sharing your amazing talent.
